Our Story

Karen, President & Founder
In 2007, I made the decision to place my son, Charlie, for adoption. The emotional challenges that followed prompted me to create Nila Raye's Ranch, a haven for birth mothers seeking solace and support.

Nila Raye's Ranch is not just a place; it's a community built on empathy and understanding. Named after my bonus mom, Nila, who played a pivotal role in my healing journey, the ranch is a sanctuary where birth mothers can find respite, guidance, and connection.

My own experience taught me the profound impact of compassionate care after placement. Nila took me in, providing not only shelter and nourishment but also the space to process my emotions. Therapy became a transformative part of my healing, and I realized the need for more offerings tailored to birth mothers post-placement.

At Nila Raye's Ranch, we invite you to leave your worries behind, embrace the support you deserve, and embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery. Our doors are open for birth mothers seeking a place to relax, access resources, attend classes, and forge lifelong friendships.

We're passionate about creating a supportive community where birth mothers can regain their footing. Come stay with us, and let's navigate this journey together. We can't wait to welcome you to Nila Raye's Ranch!
